Buying Direct
To open an account please download and complete a New Account Form and fax it our accounts office on 02476 585 799. Direct trading accounts must have an annual spend of at least £7,000 and purchase items in box quantities.
Alternatively items can be purchased through our wide range of UK distributors. Just contact our main office and our helpful staff will guide you to one of our local distributors.
The Customer Service team processes all orders and can answer questions on availability and order tracking. Orders must be received by fax 02476 585 786 or through our dedicated order email service sales@fabnfix.co.uk.
Upon receipt, a member of the sales team will input the order and contact the customer to confirm order status, either by fax, email or telephone. We aim to despatch all orders received before 3pm for next day delivery.
